Guided series beginning May 15
I am super excited to start this guided series next week. I will be going through my Finding and Cultivating Rest journal on Instagram and Tiktok starting May 15.
With my time away, I have been focusing on cultivating that sense of rest and calm for myself. And I know I am not the only one seeking to find more rest.
Being touched out, overstimulated, exhausted, and anxious has become more and more common. I know it has for me. If this sounds like you....this series may be a good idea for you too.
So, do you need to purchase the journal in order to participate? Nope. I will be sharing a lot over on IG and TikTok, but the journal will help you get more out of the series.
My goal with this series is to give you a daily practice and encouragement around finding that rest.
It is necessary.
It is needed.
It is important.
It is so so important.
