I have been actively building my business since March 2020.
First, my network marketing business. Then, business coaching.
I poured so much of myself into every customer, host, team member, group member, and client.
Over the last 8 months, my health has not been ideal. I've had countless appointments, medication changes, lifestyle adjustments, and even surgery - and we still don't know the cause of my pain. Tests are all coming back "normal." So it's back to waiting it out.
So, for me, right now, growth means rest. It means taking a step back to give myself time to heal.
To be present.
To be focused.
To meditate.
To move.
To heal.
How long will this rest last? For now, the plan is to come back July 1.
My goal here is to give myself the space to do what I need to get better - to be fully present and ready to help all of those that are in my community and in my programs. To support my team as they build their own businesses. To encourage you to listen to your own body, mind, and spirit for when you may need to press pause for yourself too.
I hope this pivot helps empower you to assess your own journey and your growth. Take care of you. Continue to grow at your own pace and to your own goals.
